Learn what makes the Breaker Standard Colorway vinyl figure a must-have for collectors, plus decision rules to see if it fits your collection.
Quick answer
The Breaker Standard Colorway is a 7-inch vinyl figure from Alex Pardee's Candemons series, ideal for collectors who love Brightmares-style horror-candy art and want a durable, display-ready piece.
Why consider the Breaker Standard Colorway?
This figure is the second in a six-part series of candy-coated vinyl demons, so it fits a growing collection if you plan to complete the set. The 7-inch height makes it substantial on a shelf without dominating your display.
The Standard Colorway uses the classic palette from the Candemons enamel pin set, giving it a cohesive look with other Alex Pardee collectibles. If you already own the pins, this figure will feel like a natural extension.
What to keep in mind before buying
At a catalog comparison price of USD 100.00, the current price of USD 73.00 represents a notable discount, but this is still an investment piece. Make sure your budget allows for the rest of the series if you intend to collect all six.
The figure is vinyl, which is sturdy and easy to clean, but it may not have the intricate paint details found on resin figures. If you prioritize fine hand-painted finishes over durability, this might feel less detailed.
Decision rules for the Breaker Standard Colorway
- You want a durable display piece: Vinyl construction is shatter-resistant and easy to dust, making it a practical choice for open shelving or homes with pets.
- You're starting a Candemons series collection: This is the second figure in a planned six-figure set. If you already have or plan to get the first figure, Breaker is a logical next step. Check if the first Candemons figure is still available before committing.
- You prefer the classic colorway over variants: The Standard Colorway matches the original enamel pin set, so it will look consistent with other Candemons merchandise you may own.
- You're on a budget but want a quality collectible: At USD 73.00 (down from a catalog comparison price of USD 100.00), you get a solid discount on a new-in-box vinyl figure from a known artist. Compare with other Standard Colorway listings to ensure the discount is still active at checkout.
